Measurement Systems for Test Cells Q.staxx

In the Q.staxx packaging configuration, Q.bloxx modules are housed in sealed enclosures, mounted onto a passive back plane that is attached to the skid. Depending on the measurements desired, the modules can be interchanged onto the back plane, and the sensors are directly connected to the modules prior to the skid entering the test cell. In this approach a completely functional measurement system is configured, wired, and verified prior to entering the system into the test cell. Once in the cell, only a single connection to the automation system is required. The Q.staxx line is based on the Q-series, therefore the technical data for the Q.bloxx modules applies.

    from small units right up to comprehensive systems
  • Can be connected to test controller
    e.g. Q.station, Q.gate, or Q.pac
  • Electrical isolation
    between I/O signals, power supply and interface. Insulation voltage 500 VDC

    in compliance with EN 61000-4 and EN 55011
  • Power supply 10 to 30 VDC
  • Can be plugged into Han 16 A®Flange socket, 16 pin, Protection Category IP65,
