End users engaged with us regarding their existing problems, and we discussed total solutions that Gantner Instruments can offer with customization capabilities and 3rd party software compatibility. BTC Power, Acquilini Corporation, Tech sonic, and DMS engineers were among those who participated in the session.
The event also covered specific use cases involving predictive measurement requiring multiple communication protocols (e.g., OPC UA and MQTT for IoT dashboards), Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning dockers on Gantner Instruments’ Q.station test controller for real-time data acquisition and cloud computing capabilities.

By 2050 we need to become a carbon-neutral society, and the aviation sector needs to contribute. While flying less can help reduce emissions, we have options for cleaner air travel. For one, we could power our flight with electricity or hydrogen, which are no longer ideas in some futuristic science fiction novel. Rather, they are on the brink of generating a shift in aviation technology.

The amount of data generated in an aircraft structural test program continues to grow. The density of load introduction points (actuators) and sensors (strain gauges, thermocouples, LVDTs) on a test article is increasing progressively and model validation requires higher data sample rates to capture more detail. The risks and costs involved in aircraft validation and certification are significant, and the requirement for quick entry-into-service is high. To minimize the impact of retrofitting in-service aircrafts, the ability to generate test results quickly is crucial to the success of a test program.
