EtherCAT was developed with industrial automation in mind, so finding EtherCAT-ready high-accuracy data acquisition devices which cover a wide range of sensors can be a challenge. Here are three examples:
- The margin of error for our A105 I/O module with four channels for RTD measurements is 0.05 K at a resolution of 100 µK.
