Inaugur\u00e9 en 1966, ce pont suspendu embl\u00e9matique s&#8217;\u00e9tend sur 2,3 kilom\u00e8tres, avec une trav\u00e9e principale de 1 013 m\u00e8tres et deux trav\u00e9es lat\u00e9rales de 483 m\u00e8tres chacune. Une poutre raidisseuse supporte six voies de circulation routi\u00e8re sur le tablier sup\u00e9rieur et deux lignes de chemin de fer au niveau inf\u00e9rieur. Les poutres rigides sont suspendues par 1 344 cintres verticaux et soutenues par quatre c\u00e2bles principaux. The 1999 expansion added extra road lanes and a rail deck, placing the structure in a new operating regime. To address this, a continuous monitoring system was introduced to closely track structural behaviour. This permanent SHM system has been in operation for over two decades, providing real-time, high-quality data and enabling engineers to actively safeguard the bridge\u2019s performance, safety, and long-term durability.   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Un syst\u00e8me d&#8217;acquisition de donn\u00e9es fiable et d\u00e9centralis\u00e9 pour la surveillance \u00e0 long terme des structures<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me SHM a \u00e9t\u00e9 construit \u00e0 l&#8217;origine sur la plateforme d&#8217;acquisition de donn\u00e9es (DAQ) e.bloxx de Gantner Instruments, con\u00e7ue pour la surveillance structurelle \u00e0 long terme des infrastructures critiques. Un r\u00e9seau de 210 capteurs est connect\u00e9 \u00e0 13 sous-syst\u00e8mes DAQ synchronis\u00e9s et d\u00e9centralis\u00e9s, r\u00e9partis sur le pont. Cette approche de mesure d\u00e9centralis\u00e9e place le conditionnement des signaux \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 des capteurs, minimisant ainsi le c\u00e2blage analogique et garantissant une haute qualit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es. Le syst\u00e8me prend en charge l&#8217;acquisition de donn\u00e9es multifr\u00e9quences, combinant des jauges de contrainte, des acc\u00e9l\u00e9rom\u00e8tres MEMS, des inclinom\u00e8tres, des capteurs de d\u00e9placement et des capteurs de temp\u00e9rature pour capturer le comportement statique et dynamique. Il permet une d\u00e9tection pr\u00e9coce des changements structurels, soutient les strat\u00e9gies de maintenance pr\u00e9dictive et aide les propri\u00e9taires d&#8217;actifs \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts du cycle de vie tout en am\u00e9liorant la s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Ce d\u00e9ploiement r\u00e9ussi d\u00e9montre \u00e0 quel point les syst\u00e8mes DAQ robustes sont essentiels pour une surveillance efficace de l&#8217;\u00e9tat structurel des ponts et autres infrastructures critiques.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Afin d&#8217;\u00eatre pr\u00eat pour l&#8217;avenir, le syst\u00e8me est actuellement mis \u00e0 niveau vers la plateforme d&#8217;acquisition de donn\u00e9es Q.bloxx de Gantner Instruments. Cette mise \u00e0 niveau suit une strat\u00e9gie de conception r\u00e9trocompatible, permettant aux syst\u00e8mes SHM existants d&#8217;\u00e9voluer sans interruption tout en int\u00e9grant un traitement avanc\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es, des performances accrues et une meilleure \u00e9volutivit\u00e9. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette transition, le pont du 25 avril continue d&#8217;\u00e9tablir une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence en mati\u00e8re de surveillance de l&#8217;\u00e9tat des structures \u00e0 long terme, offrant aux ing\u00e9nieurs civils et aux propri\u00e9taires d&#8217;actifs une solution \u00e9prouv\u00e9e pour maintenir la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, la fiabilit\u00e9 et la performance d&#8217;infrastructures complexes pendant des d\u00e9cennies.  <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Con\u00e7u pour fonctionner de mani\u00e8re autonome, le syst\u00e8me fonctionne comme un syst\u00e8me d&#8217;acquisition de donn\u00e9es autonome avec une capacit\u00e9 de mise sous tension automatique, fonctionnant ind\u00e9pendamment d&#8217;un PC tout en g\u00e9rant toutes les t\u00e2ches critiques, y compris le traitement des donn\u00e9es, le stockage local et la mise en m\u00e9moire tampon, afin de garantir
