{"id":77685,"date":"2020-11-18T07:16:31","date_gmt":"2020-11-18T07:16:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.gantner-instruments.com\/blog\/surveillance-des-volcans-a-long-terme-une-etude-de-terrain\/"},"modified":"2023-10-27T13:07:21","modified_gmt":"2023-10-27T13:07:21","slug":"surveillance-des-volcans-a-long-terme-une-etude-de-terrain","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gantner-instruments.com\/fr\/blog\/surveillance-des-volcans-a-long-terme-une-etude-de-terrain\/","title":{"rendered":"Surveillance des volcans \u00e0 long terme \u2013 Une \u00e9tude de terrain"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>L&#8217;\u00e9quipe de <a href=\"https:\/\/geosciences.univ-rennes1.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">G\u00e9osciences Rennes,<\/a> unit\u00e9 mixte de recherche entre l&#8217;Universit\u00e9 de Rennes et le CNRS (UMR-6118), m\u00e8ne depuis 15 ans des exp\u00e9riences de suivi du volcan La Grande Soufri\u00e8re. <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/La_Grande_Soufri%c3%a8re\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">La Grande Soufri\u00e8re<\/a> est situ\u00e9e en Guadeloupe, une r\u00e9gion fran\u00e7aise d&#8217;outre-mer situ\u00e9e dans le sud de la mer des Cara\u00efbes. <\/p>\n\n<p>Face \u00e0 la reprise d&#8217;activit\u00e9 du volcan depuis 2014, le laboratoire G\u00e9osciences a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&#8217;augmenter sa capacit\u00e9 de surveillance au sommet du d\u00f4me de lave en d\u00e9ployant un r\u00e9seau de capteurs (ex. Pt100 dans les fumerolles, g\u00e9ophones sismiques 1D et 3D, thermocouples dans le sol, capteur de pression et Pt100 dans le lac acide bouillant). L\u2019exp\u00e9rience positive pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente de l\u2019\u00e9quipe avec les e.series de Gantner Instruments (e.reader, e.pac et e.bloxx) l\u2019a amen\u00e9e \u00e0 retenir la s\u00e9rie Q. pour d\u00e9velopper son nouveau r\u00e9seau d\u2019acquisition. <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"722\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gantner-instruments.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Data-aquisition-concept-1024x722.png\" alt=\"Concept d'acquisition de donn&#xE9;es \" class=\"wp-image-39263\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.gantner-instruments.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Data-aquisition-concept-1024x722.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.gantner-instruments.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Data-aquisition-concept-300x212.png 300w, https:\/\/www.gantner-instruments.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Data-aquisition-concept-768x542.png 768w, https:\/\/www.gantner-instruments.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Data-aquisition-concept.png 1273w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Figure 1 : Concept d&#8217;acquisition de donn\u00e9es <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n<p>La figure 1 est un synoptique du r\u00e9seau de base en fonctionnement depuis 2015 : <a href=\"https:\/\/gi-productbase.gantner-instruments.com\/en\/products\/270\/datasheet\/web\/latest\/a4\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">une Q.station 101<\/a> accompagn\u00e9 de plusieurs modules Q.bloxx <a href=\"https:\/\/gi-productbase.gantner-instruments.com\/en\/products\/28\/datasheet\/web\/latest\/a4\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">A108<\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/gi-productbase.gantner-instruments.com\/en\/products\/27\/datasheet\/web\/latest\/a4\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">A107<\/a> r\u00e9partis sur trois bus RS485. Les \u00e9oliennes et les unit\u00e9s photovolta\u00efques alimentent le r\u00e9seau en \u00e9lectricit\u00e9. Une liaison Wi-Fi longue port\u00e9e est utilis\u00e9e pour transmettre les donn\u00e9es \u00e0 l&#8217;observatoire du volcan situ\u00e9 \u00e0 10 km. Une antenne GPS est utilis\u00e9e pour synchroniser la Q.station, ce qui est particuli\u00e8rement crucial car une synchronisation temporelle pr\u00e9cise est n\u00e9cessaire pour corr\u00e9ler les donn\u00e9es sismiques acquises avec les g\u00e9ophones connect\u00e9s aux modules A108. En raison de leur polyvalence, les modules A107 sont utilis\u00e9s dans les domaines les plus actifs o\u00f9 des mesures multiphysiques sont effectu\u00e9es avec des capteurs r\u00e9sistifs, de tension ou de courant. Les principales difficult\u00e9s sont les fortes pluies tropicales (8 000 mm par an), les vents violents, les orages et les gaz acides \u00e9mis par les fumerolles. Malgr\u00e9 ces conditions difficiles, les syst\u00e8mes Gantner Instruments restent op\u00e9rationnels presque tout le temps. Les syst\u00e8mes sont prot\u00e9g\u00e9s par une technique de \u00ab double caisson \u00bb. Le premier caisson situ\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;ext\u00e9rieur sert \u00e0 se prot\u00e9ger des fortes pluies et du vent. Les conditions \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur de ce conteneur correspondent \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s \u00e0 IP62 \u00e0 l&#8217;exception des gaz acides pr\u00e9sents. R\u00e9cemment, la plupart des probl\u00e8mes mortels se sont produits sur des volcans \u00e0 faible \u00e9nergie et \u00e0 activit\u00e9 mod\u00e9r\u00e9e, ce qui en a fait des lieux touristiques attractifs (par exemple, l&#8217;\u00e9ruption du mont Ontake en 2014 au Japon). Pour ce type de volcans, la surveillance passe par des mesures multiphysiques sur des r\u00e9seaux denses.
