Les transducteurs sont utilis\u00e9s pour mesurer les positions, le d\u00e9placement, la rotation, les vibrations et l&#8217;\u00e9paisseur du mat\u00e9riau. Dans les applications de test et de mesure et fr\u00e9quemment dans le domaine de la surveillance de l&#8217;\u00e9tat structurel des infrastructures civiles, des centrales \u00e9lectriques ou de la surveillance de l&#8217;\u00e9tat dans l&#8217;industrie de transformation.<\/p>\n\n<p>Les transducteurs de d\u00e9placement inductifs constituent une option de mesure \u00e9prouv\u00e9e et fiable pour d\u00e9tecter les d\u00e9placements et les positions. Ils se caract\u00e9risent par une d\u00e9tection sans contact et donc une usure extr\u00eamement faible avec une dynamique de mesure \u00e9lev\u00e9e. L&#8217;utilisation de mat\u00e9riaux de haute qualit\u00e9 permet d&#8217;obtenir une robustesse extraordinaire, qui permet un fonctionnement sans entretien pendant des d\u00e9cennies. Avec les transducteurs de d\u00e9placement inductifs, des mesures de haute pr\u00e9cision peuvent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9es dans des conditions environnementales sales ou difficiles.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Q.series X A156<\/h2>\n\n<p>Nous avons d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 le nouvel amplificateur de fr\u00e9quence porteuse \u00e0 4 canaux, <a href=\"https:\/\/gi-productbase.gantner-instruments.com\/en\/products\/527\/datasheet\/web\/latest\/a4\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">A156<\/a>, pour mesurer les jauges de contrainte et, en particulier, les transducteurs inductifs. le module est bas\u00e9 sur notre c\u00e9l\u00e8bre amplificateur de fr\u00e9quence porteuse ed A106, qui a fait ses preuves depuis des ann\u00e9es. Contrairement \u00e0 l&#8217;A106, l&#8217;A156 dispose de quatre canaux mais se passe des sorties analogiques.<\/p>\n\n<p>L&#8217;A156 excite les transducteurs avec une tension alternative de 4,8 kHz, ce qu&#8217;on appelle la fr\u00e9quence porteuse (en abr\u00e9g\u00e9 CF). L&#8217;amplitude est s\u00e9lectionnable par logiciel, soit 2,5 V ou 5 V. Le module offre 16 plages de mesure et une fr\u00e9quence d&#8217;\u00e9chantillonnage de 20 kHz par canal avec une r\u00e9solution de 24 bits. Les filtres num\u00e9riques r\u00e9glables permettent une optimisation suppl\u00e9mentaire des donn\u00e9es de mesure en fonction des besoins de l&#8217;application. <\/p>\n\n<p>Le module est disponible avec les bornes \u00e0 vis avant ou les prises SubD dans les versions DSUB9 et DSUB15-HD. Avec un amplificateur de mesure externe et flexible tel que le module A156, les transducteurs peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re optimale en dessous de la plage de mesure nominale en raison de diff\u00e9rentes plages de mesure. Cependant, dans le cas des transducteurs actifs, le domaine d&#8217;application est limit\u00e9 au trajet de mesure nominal en raison de l&#8217;\u00e9lectronique int\u00e9gr\u00e9e. Ce type de transducteur est donc plus susceptible d&#8217;\u00eatre trouv\u00e9 dans le secteur industriel et dans des conditions ambiantes normales.<\/p>\n\n<h3>Comment fonctionnent les transducteurs de d\u00e9placement inductifs<\/h3>\n\n<p>Le principe de mesure inductive est bas\u00e9 sur la modification du comportement d\u2019une bobine (inductance) par le changement de position d\u2019un noyau magn\u00e9tisable \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de la bobine. Il existe deux types de c\u00e2blage pour les bobines :<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bobine avec prise centrale (inducteur diff\u00e9rentiel) <\/li>\n\n<li>Configuration de bobines primaires et secondaires \u00e9lectriquement s\u00e9par\u00e9es <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3>Avantages d&#8217;un amplificateur de fr\u00e9quence porteuse<\/h3>\n\n<p>Les bobines des transducteurs de d\u00e9placement inductifs n\u00e9cessitent une tension alternative pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer le champ magn\u00e9tique. C&#8217;est l\u00e0 que la fr\u00e9quence porteuse entre en jeu : une tension d&#8217;excitation alternative avec une fr\u00e9quence typique de 4,8 kHz. Le transducteur module l&#8217;amplitude de cette tension d&#8217;excitation alternative.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns: auto 38%;\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>Le transducteur module l&#8217;amplitude de cette tension d&#8217;excitation alternative. Ce signal du transducteur est isol\u00e9 du signal porteur dans l&#8217;amplificateur de mesure et trait\u00e9 par un processus de d\u00e9modulation.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que seuls des signaux modul\u00e9s, c&#8217;est-\u00e0-dire une bande \u00e9troite de la fr\u00e9quence du signal, sont transmis, la sensibilit\u00e9 aux interf\u00e9rences est nettement inf\u00e9rieure. Les amplificateurs de fr\u00e9quence porteuse transmettent de mani\u00e8re s\u00e9lective, fournissant de bien meilleures donn\u00e9es en termes de stabilit\u00e9, de bruit et de d\u00e9rive.
