Le HTX est un syst\u00e8me de transport ultra-rapide qui d\u00e9place les trains \u00e0 des vitesses quasi-supersoniques en exploitant le principe de la l\u00e9vitation magn\u00e9tique \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur d&#8217;un tube sous vide partiel &#8211; un concept similaire \u00e0 celui de l&#8217;Hyperloop d&#8217;Elon Musk. Pour tester son concept, KORAIL a mis au point un mod\u00e8le d&#8217;essai \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9chelle 1:17.<\/p>\n\n<p>L&#8217;\u00e9l\u00e9ment cl\u00e9 de la technologie de propulsion est un ventilateur compresseur d&#8217;air \u00e9lectrique situ\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;avant de l&#8217;Hyper Tube Express, qui transf\u00e8re une pression d&#8217;air \u00e9lev\u00e9e de l&#8217;avant du train vers l&#8217;arri\u00e8re et les c\u00f4t\u00e9s. Le ventilateur r\u00e9duit la friction \u00e0 l&#8217;avant du train, l&#8217;aidant \u00e0 se propulser et \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un coussin d&#8217;air autour de lui pour r\u00e9duire la friction et la r\u00e9sistance de l&#8217;air lorsque le train se d\u00e9place dans le tube \u00e0 vide. Au cours des essais sur le mod\u00e8le r\u00e9duit, les donn\u00e9es relatives \u00e0 la pression, \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature et \u00e0 la vitesse sont recueillies pour l&#8217;analyse de la r\u00e9sistance de l&#8217;air et l&#8217;optimisation de la conception du compresseur d&#8217;air. Des donn\u00e9es sur les vibrations sont \u00e9galement recueillies afin d&#8217;\u00e9tudier la stabilit\u00e9 du train et l&#8217;acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration appropri\u00e9e \u00e0 tr\u00e8s grande vitesse.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<iframe width=\"336\" height=\"188\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube-nocookie.com\/embed\/82SnMTg1yp4?controls=0\" title=\"Lecteur vid\u00e9o YouTube\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen=\"\"><\/iframe>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>La piste d&#8217;essai \u00e0 \u00e9chelle r\u00e9duite a une longueur totale de 60 m\u00e8tres et est divis\u00e9e en trois sections pour l&#8217;acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration, la vitesse de croisi\u00e8re et le freinage. Gantner Instruments a distribu\u00e9 un syst\u00e8me d&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gantner-instruments.com\/fr\/products\/presentation-des-systemes-daq\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">acquisition de donn\u00e9es (DAQ) Q.bloxx<\/a> le long du tube \u00e0 vide pour collecter, traiter, visualiser et sauvegarder les donn\u00e9es de mesure. Le principal crit\u00e8re de s\u00e9lection du syst\u00e8me Q.bloxx a \u00e9t\u00e9 la puissante combinaison d&#8217;acquisition de donn\u00e9es distribu\u00e9es \u00e0 signaux mixtes et de synchronisation temporelle pr\u00e9cise entre les modules DAQ.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>Une mesure pr\u00e9cise de la vitesse est essentielle \u00e0 la r\u00e9ussite de l&#8217;essai. La vitesse maximale est mesur\u00e9e dans la section de croisi\u00e8re du tube acrylique, o\u00f9 le mod\u00e8le r\u00e9duit parcourt une longueur de 20 m\u00e8tres. La vitesse de croisi\u00e8re est calcul\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#8217;aide de plusieurs capteurs \u00e0 fibre optique mont\u00e9s \u00e0 des intervalles mesur\u00e9s avec pr\u00e9cision le long du tube \u00e0 vide. Chaque capteur \u00e0 fibre optique fournit une impulsion de +24 V avec un temps de r\u00e9ponse de 10 \u00b5s lorsque le train miniature passe devant lui et est directement connect\u00e9 aux entr\u00e9es num\u00e9riques disponibles sur le contr\u00f4leur Q.station. L&#8217;institut pr\u00e9voit d&#8217;affiner encore sa technologie avant d&#8217;entamer des recherches de d\u00e9monstration pour le d\u00e9veloppement de pistes et de v\u00e9hicules en 2022.
