{"id":75976,"date":"2017-08-23T09:16:49","date_gmt":"2017-08-23T09:16:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.gantner-instruments.com\/blog\/pont-dexcitation-et-plage-de-mesure-avec-jauge-de-contrainte\/"},"modified":"2023-10-17T06:36:35","modified_gmt":"2023-10-17T06:36:35","slug":"pont-dexcitation-et-plage-de-mesure-avec-jauge-de-contrainte","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gantner-instruments.com\/fr\/blog\/pont-dexcitation-et-plage-de-mesure-avec-jauge-de-contrainte\/","title":{"rendered":"Pont d&#8217;excitation et plage de mesure avec jauge de contrainte"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Souvent, les appareils \u00e0 jauges de contrainte n&#8217;ont qu&#8217;une seule gamme (gain) et sp\u00e9cifient diff\u00e9rentes gammes parasites simplement en changeant l&#8217;excitation du pont :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>8 mV\/V \u00e0 5V,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>16 mV\/V \u00e0 2,5 V,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 mV\/V \u00e0 1 V et<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 mV\/V \u00e0 0,5 V.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>En effet, le gain est fixe, c&#8217;est un g\u00e2chis.<\/p>\n\n<p>Ce fait pose de gros probl\u00e8mes lorsqu&#8217;il s&#8217;agit de mesurer la d\u00e9formation avec de petites jauges sur un mat\u00e9riau composite. Une faible tension d&#8217;excitation est n\u00e9cessaire, mais le signal doit \u00e9galement \u00eatre sensible. Avec le type de dispositif ci-dessus, une excitation de 1 V contraint une gamme de 40 mV\/V, ce qui signifie 80000 \u00b5m\/m avec l&#8217;application d&#8217;une seule jauge de contrainte. Pour un signal de 1000 \u00b5m\/m, il suffit d&#8217;utiliser la fourchette de 1,25 %. Les signaux de d\u00e9formation plus faibles sont tr\u00e8s proches du bruit et de la d\u00e9rive. Il est possible d&#8217;obtenir une petite excitation dans une plage sensible ainsi qu&#8217;une excitation \u00e9lev\u00e9e dans une plage d&#8217;entr\u00e9e tr\u00e8s large. Cela permet d&#8217;optimiser le rapport signal\/bruit et d&#8217;obtenir les meilleurs r\u00e9sultats.
