Module de mesure A5-1CR e.bloxx pour l&#8217;enregistrement des basses temp\u00e9ratures<\/h2>\n\n<p>Des capteurs cryog\u00e9niques sp\u00e9ciaux Cernox et TVOl ont \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9s pour mesurer les basses temp\u00e9ratures \u00e0 partir de 3 kelvins. Ces capteurs pr\u00e9sentent des caract\u00e9ristiques particuli\u00e8res, avec une r\u00e9sistance d&#8217;environ 1,5 micron. 3 000 \u00e0 8 000 ohms \u00e0 3 kelvins, tombant \u00e0 environ 1 000 ohms. 30 \u00e0 100 Ohms \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Module de mesure A101IPP<\/h2>\n\n<p>Des jauges de contrainte sp\u00e9ciales \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature avec des demi-ponts ont \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9es pour mesurer la contrainte sur les corps des bobines. Les connaissances acquises au cours de cette s\u00e9rie de tests ont permis d&#8217;imposer de nouvelles exigences aux amplificateurs de mesure au cours de ce projet de coop\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n\n<p>Les jauges de contrainte \u00e9tant plac\u00e9es dans un champ magn\u00e9tique puissant pouvant atteindre 6 Tesla, la technologie de la fr\u00e9quence porteuse a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e dans un premier temps. Ici, cependant, l&#8217;effet microphonique a entra\u00een\u00e9 des vibrations dans les lignes de mesure (courant alternatif dans un champ magn\u00e9tique). En outre, il \u00e9tait \u00e9galement n\u00e9cessaire de minimiser la consommation d&#8217;\u00e9nergie sur les demi-ponts. La solution a consist\u00e9 \u00e0 utiliser une tension d&#8217;excitation de pont puls\u00e9e avec des filtres sp\u00e9ciaux pour garantir une mise en marche et un arr\u00eat en douceur et, par cons\u00e9quent, un faible rapport dU\/dt.<\/p>\n\n<p>La s\u00e9rie d&#8217;essais \u00e9tait presque termin\u00e9e lorsqu&#8217;il est apparu que les alliages sp\u00e9ciaux utilis\u00e9s aux points d&#8217;alimentation de la chambre \u00e0 plasma produisaient des tensions thermo\u00e9lectriques aux points de contact, qui atteignaient presque le niveau des tensions des signaux des jauges de contrainte elles-m\u00eames. L&#8217;objectif \u00e9tait alors de compenser ces tensions thermo\u00e9lectriques pour garantir une mesure de contrainte pure. Le cycle de mesure d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9tabli a \u00e9t\u00e9 compl\u00e9t\u00e9 par une mesure suppl\u00e9mentaire de la tension thermo\u00e9lectrique pendant les pauses de mesure des jauges de contrainte, lorsque la tension d&#8217;excitation est coup\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Module de mesure A107IPP<\/h2>\n\n<p>Les modules A107IPP Q.bloxx modifi\u00e9s sont utilis\u00e9s \u00e0 une hauteur d&#8217;environ 1,5 m\u00e8tre. 1 000 autres points de mesure Pt 100.<\/p>\n\n<p>L&#8217;espace requis est \u00e9galement un facteur important pour un certain nombre des 2 000 points de mesure. D&#8217;une largeur de 25 mm, le module A101IPP Q.bloxx offre deux canaux de mesure et le module A107IPP Q.bloxx quatre canaux de mesure.<\/p>\n\n<p>Les modules sont connect\u00e9s en groupes \u00e0 un certain nombre de contr\u00f4leurs de test Q.gate via une interface s\u00e9rie RS485 \u00e0 grande vitesse.
