Airbus Helicopters a \u00e9t\u00e9 choisi comme partenaire \u00e9tranger pour aider KAI \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper le giravion de 5 tonnes, qui sera bas\u00e9 sur l&#8217;Airbus Helicopters H155. La version LCH devrait entrer en service en 2020, tandis que la version LAH devrait entrer en service en 2022.<\/p>\n\n<p>Pour la certification de la structure de l&#8217;h\u00e9licopt\u00e8re, les composants de la cellule sont soumis \u00e0 une s\u00e9rie d&#8217;essais statiques et de fatigue rigoureux. Les jauges de contrainte sont utilis\u00e9es pour mesurer la d\u00e9formation due \u00e0 l&#8217;allongement de la structure sous charge. Le syst\u00e8me DAQ Q. <a href=\"https:\/\/gantner-instruments.com\/products\/q-raxx-slimline\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">raxx slimline<\/a> assure une mesure synchronis\u00e9e des donn\u00e9es des jauges de contrainte et du contr\u00f4le de la charge. Cela permet une analyse rapide en ligne et l&#8217;enrichissement des m\u00e9tadonn\u00e9es (num\u00e9ros d&#8217;\u00e9tat de charge, compteurs de vols). Chaque rack 19&#8243; 1U slimline dispose de 32 voies de mesure \u00e9quip\u00e9es de prises RJ45. Tous les canaux de mesure peuvent \u00eatre configur\u00e9s individuellement pour une configuration en pont complet, en demi-pont ou en quart de pont. Pour les mesures en quart de pont, chaque canal d&#8217;entr\u00e9e poss\u00e8de deux r\u00e9sistances internes d&#8217;ach\u00e8vement. Les r\u00e9sistances ont \u00e9t\u00e9 sp\u00e9cialement s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es pour avoir le meilleur coefficient de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature (TCR) de leur cat\u00e9gorie. Cela permet d&#8217;assurer une d\u00e9rive minimale de la temp\u00e9rature pendant les essais de longue dur\u00e9e. En outre, la fonctionnalit\u00e9 de signal de compensation en ligne de Gantner corrige automatiquement les erreurs dues \u00e0 la r\u00e9sistance du fil de plomb, m\u00eame pendant la mesure elle-m\u00eame.
