Une panne de train peut compromettre le bon fonctionnement et la ponctualit\u00e9 d&#8217;une ligne. C&#8217;est pourquoi le service de maintenance doit disposer d&#8217;outils de test technologiques pour anticiper les probl\u00e8mes gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la maintenance pr\u00e9dictive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur la base de tests p\u00e9riodiques et syst\u00e9matiques des performances de freinage, Metro de Madrid peut mettre en \u0153uvre de mani\u00e8re fiable et s\u00fbre une maintenance bas\u00e9e sur l&#8217;\u00e9tat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une s\u00e9rie de mesures sur trois syst\u00e8mes de freinage diff\u00e9rents (frein pneumatique, frein \u00e9lectrique et frein d&#8217;urgence) permet \u00e0 Metro de Madrid de mieux planifier ses cycles de maintenance et de d\u00e9ployer son concept de maintenance pr\u00e9dictive. <\/p>\n<\/div><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"720\" height=\"477\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gantner-instruments.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Metro-de-Madrid.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-39035 size-full\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.gantner-instruments.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Metro-de-Madrid.jpeg 720w, https:\/\/www.gantner-instruments.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Metro-de-Madrid-300x199.jpeg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 720px) 100vw, 720px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n<p>Pour effectuer des essais de freinage sur un total de 276 voitures de m\u00e9tro diff\u00e9rentes, Metro de Madrid avait besoin d&#8217;un syst\u00e8me pr\u00e9cis, robuste et portable qu&#8217;il pourrait installer sur les diff\u00e9rentes rames. Le syst\u00e8me portable et robuste Q.brixx X s&#8217;est av\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00eatre le syst\u00e8me id\u00e9al pour cette application. Un module de mesure <a href=\"https:\/\/gi-productbase.gantner-instruments.com\/en\/products\/407\/datasheet\/web\/latest\/a4\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Q.brixx XL A108-4M1<\/a> acquiert un signal d&#8217;acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration \u00e0 partir d&#8217;un capteur MEMS de haute pr\u00e9cision de la s\u00e9rie 7577 de Dytran. Le signal est \u00e9chantillonn\u00e9 \u00e0 une fr\u00e9quence de 100 Hz, et le bruit ind\u00e9sirable est ensuite filtr\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un filtre Butterworth passe-bas de quatri\u00e8me ordre. Le m\u00e9tro effectue ensuite un cycle d&#8217;acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration et de d\u00e9c\u00e9l\u00e9ration. Les points finaux de freinage et de repos sont s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s pour chaque cycle. Les valeurs moyennes d&#8217;acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration et de d\u00e9c\u00e9l\u00e9ration en r\u00e9gime permanent sont ensuite calcul\u00e9es. Ensuite, la valeur moyenne de l&#8217;acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration pendant la phase de repos apr\u00e8s le freinage est calcul\u00e9e. Cette valeur repr\u00e9sente la valeur moyenne. Enfin, la d\u00e9c\u00e9l\u00e9ration moyenne est calcul\u00e9e comme la valeur absolue de la diff\u00e9rence entre la d\u00e9c\u00e9l\u00e9ration au freinage et l&#8217;acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration au repos.<\/p>\n\n<p>Pour la commodit\u00e9 de l&#8217;utilisateur et pour assurer la r\u00e9p\u00e9tabilit\u00e9 des tests,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instrutech-solutions.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> instrutechSOLUTIONS<\/a> a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une application logicielle personnalis\u00e9e. L&#8217;application a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9crite en Python, b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant des interfaces ouvertes et flexibles connues sous le nom de GI.connectivity, fournies gratuitement avec le syst\u00e8me DAQ.
