Diese Daten werden zwar h\u00e4ufig erfasst, aber aufgrund der Komplexit\u00e4t der Analyse und Nutzung nur selten effizient genutzt. In der Lebensmittelindustrie zum Beispiel werden K\u00fchlsysteme oft mit hohen Redundanzen betrieben, um den Ausfall einzelner K\u00fchleinheiten zu kompensieren. Indem wir alle verf\u00fcgbaren Systemdaten auslesen und intelligent auswerten, k\u00f6nnen wir zuverl\u00e4ssig vorhersagen, wann das System gewartet werden muss, um einen Ausfall zu verhindern, wodurch der Bedarf an Redundanzen verringert und Kosten gespart werden.  <\/p><p>Alle Daten werden gestreamt und auf der dezentralen Streaming-Plattform von Gantner, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gantner-instruments.com\/de\/produkte\/software\/gi-cloud-dezentrale-streaming-plattform\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">GI.cloud<\/a>, gespeichert, wo die Projektteilnehmer die Daten in Echtzeit visualisieren, analysieren und mit Python Jupyter Lab anreichern.<br>Wir wenden \u00e4hnliche Prinzipien auf W\u00e4rmepumpen f\u00fcr Wohngeb\u00e4ude und Biomassekraftwerke an. Bei ersteren optimieren wir das System auf der Grundlage von Betriebs- und historischen Daten und nutzen die Zeiten mit niedrigeren Stromkosten.
