Customer Support Engineer (m, f, x)

We at Gantner Instruments India design products that acquire data at high speed and the highest quality from a wide variety of
sensors. This data must be stored, processed, and visualized – in real time.

We seek someone enthusiastic about innovative solutions, curious and passionate about measurement technology, who enjoys an extraordinary team spirit and wants to make a difference, and who can convince us with their expertise in the field and at the desk.

Your qualifications:
  • Experienced in handling data acquisition systems
  • Knowledge about sensors used in test & measurement applications
  • Independently handle the installation of DAQ systems and integrate them with the test equipment
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Labview development
  • Background in LabVIEW programming, development, troubleshooting, testing, software support, and maintenance
  • Recognized Diploma (ECE/EEE) or B.E. (ECE/EEE/E&I) required
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in computer skills
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively nationwide as required
  • Timely completion of tasks and proper documentation skills
