Modular Measurement Modules for your various sensor needs

With more than twenty different measurement modules and six unique housing configurations, Q.series can be adapted for virtually any installation requirement and can be mixed and matched to easily work together: Q.bloxx in a panel, Q.brixx on a test bench or for portable measurements, Q.staxx on an engine pallet, and Q.raxx in a 19″-mount cabinet — all working together, all synchronized, all the time.

All Q.series systems use the exact same tools for configuration and programming, the exact same tools for documentation, and the exact same software for data acquisition and analysis. All systems can be easily integrated together, and expanded as required.

All Q.series modules share some key features:

  • Galvanic isolation (up to 1200 V) for each channel, supply and interface
  • Independent filtering, signal conditioning, and math functionality on every channel
  • Low susceptibility to electromagnetic interferences
  • Operating temperature in the range of -20 to +60 °C
  • 10 to 30 VDC power, 2 W per module

Robust for pallets

To reduce set-up times and the resulting high costs, devices are usually set up in the assembly area vs. the test cell.  Subsequently, the entire assembly, including the pre-wired measure­ment system, is transported to the test cell on the engine pallet. This speeds up the test procedure and substantially shortens preparation times in the test cell. more…
