This year we present the new product family Q.series,
Data exchange between the measurement modules, the controller, and the automation system can be accomplished in a number of different ways from a simple serial interface‚ (e.g. Modbus), Ethernet TCP/IP or UDP, or a number of industrial fieldbus systems (e.g EtherCAT, Profibus DP, CANopen).
All modules are 'Hot Swappable' with auto-leading configurations and addressing, making system scalability and serviceability extremely efficient and effective - at system up or several years on the road.![]()
Q.staxx, robust design for pallet handling systems
To reduce setup time and save test stand costs test skids (or pallets) are often pre-wired outside of the actual test cell to improve cell productivity, reducing cell down time and overall wiring/preparation costs.
In this approach a completely functional measurement system is configured, wired and verified prior to entering the system into the test cell. Once in the cell, only a single connection to the automation system (typically Ethernet) is required before starting up the test.
Q.raxx, the compact 19"System (1U)
offers with 16 I/O modules (24 bit/100 kHz), 16 carrier frequency amplifiers or 64 configurable digital I/Os a high channel density in a small package.
Concerning the small housing depth of 210 mm a very space saving concept can be chosen.
