From many discussions with our customers and users we know that our focus on service is key.

We are confident in our product, so we provide demo units free of charge for up to a 4 week trial.

For all our products we provide a calibration service. If a measurement unit is in use for a long period of time and you want to be sure that the previous calibration is still ok, we can confirm this, or recalibrate the unit if required.

In the unlikely case that one of our products fails, please use the service advice note. This way you will support us to get the module "back to life" as fast as possible.
