Signal Conditioning:
The Controller Level

e.bloxx Test-Controller

Test Controller provide the best performance for test automation.

They are the interface between the e.bloxx modules and the Supervisory system. Using the Ethernet TCP/IP port on the Test Controller, any PC can be connected to the measuring system. Through the separation of the I/O Level and the Controller Level the communication will be definite optimized (only one slave from the view of the PC or the PLC) and the system will be easier connected to future requirements, e. g. new fieldbus interfaces.

e.gate

Above a certain number of measurement or I/O modules it might be useful to increase the capability and the data rate with one or several e.gates. e.g. up to 120.000 values per second will be posssible via Profibus-DP.

  • Profibus DP / EtherCAT / CANopen and Ethernet interfaces
  • High throughput data access for synchronous or asynchronous collection
  • High speed data sampling and transmission rate
  • Up to 48.000 real values/s, input and output data
  • Recording of a high number of channels
  • Profibus-DP: 244 byte, max. 120 integer or 60 real values
Ethernet: 1024 byte, max. 304 integer or 192 real values
    EtherCAT: 1024 Byte
CANopen: Dynamically, regarding numbers of PDOs
  • Internal data buffer memory (16 MB)
  • Data buffer at block transfer of measurements (FTP/Socket)
  • Open file structure
  • Total integration in OEM automation systems, access to all configuration parameters and variables via text files and FTP

e.pac

With the e.pac any functionality can be defined with several quantities, I/O's, calculations, timing elements, controllers, and these can be stored to the e.pac measurement system. After loading the function into the e.pac it will run autarkic without PC.

  • Extensive function block library
  • Sequences, data archive, PID-controller and further transfer functions, mathematic, numeric, Boolean combinations, function generator
  • Data memory 16 Mbytes (DL-version 128 Mbytes Flash)
  • Configurable memory for measurements, I/Os and conditioned variables
  • Synchronizing
  • Synchronized data acquisition and PAC functionality up to 1 kHz
  • Open file structure
  • Total integration in OEM automation systems, access to all configuration parameters and variables via text files and FTP
  • Ethernet, Profibus (DP-version), EtherCAT (EC-version) and USB (DL-Version) interfaces
  • Time synchronous access to synchronized and asynchronized data
